Over time, these responses might evolve into more persistent issues, such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD) . Trauma therapy may be beneficial for you if you are experiencing intense feelings of emotional distress, intrusive thoughts related to a traumatic event, or wanting to understand how your past experiences are impacting your current thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
