Move Toward Your True Self

In a space that values your worth and honors your journey.

Specialized treatment of eating disorders, trauma, and relationship challenges through an integrative, evidence-informed approach centered on empathy and individualized care.

What if you're not broken, but just stuck in patterns that no longer fit who you're becoming?

You're tired of shrinking yourself around food, in relationships, in your own mind.

You've done what it takes to get by, but you're done just surviving.

You want more

More clarity

More freedom

More connection

More you

Because here's what's possible when you choose to do this work:

Knowing your worth
And knowing it isn't tied to appearance, weight, or productivity
You stop constantly second-guessing yourself and start trusting your own instincts
You create boundaries that protect your peace and your needs without guilt
You make decisions based on your truth, not fear or old patterns
You feel more at home in your body, your relationships, and your life
A peaceful relationship with food - with no more rules, guilt or obsession

At the core of my work is a deep belief in the human capacity for healing.

I know that every person has unique struggles, but also unique strengths.

My philosophy is rooted in meeting you exactly where you are and helping you move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.

Therapy with me is not about providing quick solutions or prescribing a set course of action.

Instead, it’s about delving into the underlying dynamics of your emotions and behaviors, gaining deeper self-awareness, and developing sustainable strategies for healthier coping, communication, and progress.

I believe lasting change happens when you feel seen, heard, and respected, and when you’re empowered to make choices that align with your values and goals.
