Compassionate Therapy, Guiding You Back to Your Most Authentic Self

Healing your relationship with food or body, working through trauma or navigating relationship struggles or life transitions through relational and trauma informed therapy.

Meeting you where you are

I know that reaching out for therapy can be a difficult first step, especially when you’re facing challenges like eating disorders, trauma, or relationship struggles. It takes courage to ask for help, and I honor that.

As a therapist, my priority is to meet you exactly where you are, with empathy, respect, and understanding.

I believe that therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and valued, not judged.

My goal is to empower you to regain control, restore balance, and ultimately build a life where you can thrive.

My approach is not about a “one-size-fits-all” solution, but about working with you to understand your unique experiences, struggles, and goals.

Whether you’re dealing with eating disorders, struggling with body image, past trauma, or navigating complex relationships, I am here to help you find clarity and lasting change at your own pace.
Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface, develop healthier coping strategies, and work towards real, sustainable growth.

I’m committed to supporting you through the healing process and creating a path forward that feels right for you.

At the core of my work is a deep belief in the human capacity for healing.

I know that every person has unique struggles, but also unique strengths.

My philosophy is rooted in meeting you exactly where you are and helping you move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.

Therapy with me is not about providing quick solutions or prescribing a set course of action. Instead, it’s about delving into the underlying dynamics of your emotions and behaviors, gaining deeper self-awareness, and developing sustainable strategies for healthier coping, communication, and progress.

I believe lasting change happens when you feel seen, heard, and respected, and when you’re empowered to make choices that align with your values and goals.

My mission

My mission is to offer a safe and nurturing space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care as you navigate your healing journey, whatever that may look like for you. Rooted in trauma-informed and relational therapy, my work is grounded in building authentic connection, honoring your lived experience, and helping you gently reconnect with yourself.

I meet each individual where they are with empathy, curiosity, and deep respect for them and their capacity for growth.
