Quiet the Food Noise & Reclaim Your Peace

Compassionate eating disorder therapy for those ready to break free from the exhausting cycle of food rules, body criticism, and constant mental noise

The exhausing cycle ends here

When food thoughts consume your day, it's time to find a different way forward

The mental calculations never stop.

What you ate, what you'll eat, what you shouldn't eat.

Your eating disorder has become the loudest voice in your head, dictating your choices and stealing your joy from simple moments like dinner with friends or celebrating with cake.

Food used to be fuel, comfort, connection. Now it feels like the enemy—or your only source of control in a chaotic world.

You may even remember a time when eating wasn't this complicated, and you want that ease back.

Eating Disorders I provide therapy for...

Anorexia Nervosa
We work together to rebuild your relationship with nourishment and challenge the voice that tells you "less is better."
Bulimia Nervosa
The shame-binge-purge cycle keeps you trapped in secrecy. We work together to break this cycle and develop healthier ways to manage overwhelming emotions.
Binge Eating Disorder
When eating feels out of control and guilt follows every episode, we explore what's driving these behaviors and build new coping strategies that actually work.
OSFED
Eating disorders don't always fit neat categories, but your struggles are just as valid and deserving of compassionate care and healing.
Body Image & Exercise Compulsion
Learning to see your body as more than an ornament and movement as more than punishment for eating.
Chronic Dieting & Orthorexia
When "healthy" eating becomes unhealthy obsession, we work to find balance and flexibility again.
ARFID
When eating feels impossible due to textures, smells, or fears, we work together to expand your relationship with food at your own pace.
Disordered Eating
When food rules start ruling your life, we help you rediscover intuitive eating and a peaceful relationship with nourishment.

How We Work Together

Recovery is deeply personal, and I believe in meeting you exactly where you are.

We'll work at your pace, building safety and trust as we explore what's beneath your eating disorder and develop new ways to care for yourself.

Each person's journey looks different, but you'll never be rushed or pushed before you're ready.

Treatment Approaches I Use

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Helps you identify and challenge the distorted thought patterns that fuel your eating disorder.

We'll work together to recognize when your eating disorder voice is speaking and develop new, more balanced ways of thinking about food, weight, and body image.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy

Focuses on building practical skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.

Perfect for when emotions feel overwhelming and eating disorder behaviors seem like the only way to cope.

Mindfulness techniques

Incorporate mindfulness practices to help you become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and body sensations without judgment.

These techniques promote present-moment awareness and healthier responses to triggers.

Family/couples therapy

Eating disorders affect relationships, and relationships can support recovery.

We work together to improve communication, address family dynamics, and help your loved ones understand how to best support your healing journey.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is particularly helpful when trauma underlies your eating disorder.

This evidence-based approach helps process traumatic memories that may be contributing to your struggles with food and body image.
